New York, NY--(HISPANIC PR WIRE)--December 11, 2006--Court TV, in concert with Turner’s Multicultural Market Development division, has created a ground-breaking multi-cultural marketing campaign designed to entice Spanish-speaking viewers to sample the network’s programming, it was announced by Mary Corigliano, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Court TV. This is the first multicultural initiative launched by Court TV and also the first consumer marketing campaign on broadband from Turner designed to reach the Latino community.
Beginning December 11th, three Spanish-dubbed episodes of the non-fiction series Psychic Detectives will stream on AOL Latino at http://www.aollatino.com. Following its run on AOL Latino, those three episodes will join two more Spanish-language episodes of that series for a run on Courttv.com.
“Our mission is to bring Court TV programming to a wider, more diverse audience. We feel that by partnering with industry leader AOL Latino and personalizing the popular Psychic Detectives series for Spanish-speaking viewers, we’re on our way to achieving that goal,” commented Ms. Corigliano. “This is the start of many multicultural initiatives to come.”

Promotions to drive traffic to Psychic Detectives on AOL Latino will take place both via AOL Latino and local spot radio buys on Spanish radio stations in major markets. Court TV will make an additional push to drive traffic to a targeted Spanish language area on Courttv.com via promotions with media outlets serving the Latino market.
The non-fiction series Psychic Detectives, airing Wednesdays, 10-10:30pm, and explores true stories of real crimes in which psychics aid detectives to solve some of law enforcement’s most baffling cases. The new season premieres on Court TV Spring 2007.
