SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 11 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ -- PB&G Productions, Inc. (Ricardo Sanchez /Michelle Castro), renowned Salsa dance promoters and directors of former world championship team Pretty Boys & Girls, announced today the launch of the "8th Annual San Francisco Bay Area International Salsa Congress" with a kick-off concert featuring "El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico," touted as one of Puerto Rico's most successful Salsa music groups and famed entertainment sensation across Latin America.
The event takes place at SF hot-spot "Cafe Cocomo," 650 Indiana St., San Francisco, CA 94107. The eve begins with lessons, drawings and social dancing with host DJs El de la Clave, Dj La Coqui and Bosco. The Pepe y su Orquestra opens the show.

Attendees enjoy top bands, DJs, daily workshops, performances and the always anticipated line-up of professional, amateur and Jack and Jill dance competitions featuring talent from novices to world ranked champions. The event has become a global entertainment attraction, drawing new and seasoned dancers from several continents.
