The historic ya es hora citizenship and voter participation campaign, led by a coalition of national, regional, and local organizations and the leading Spanish-language media in the country, has scheduled a press briefing to provide a profile on Latino voters in Texas. Experts will comment on the impact of the Latino vote to-date in state primaries and caucuses and the potential impact in the Texas presidential primary. The briefing is scheduled hours before and steps away from the CNN/Univision Democratic Debate. The press briefing is co-hosted by the Mexican American Legislative Caucus.
