Los Angeles, CA--(HISPANIC PR WIRE - BUSINESS WIRE)--August 9, 2006--Fans of Jorge Ramos will soon be able to see more of their favorite Spanish-language sports commentator on television. Fox Sports en Espanol today announced the addition of a second weekly one-hour edition of "Jorge Ramos En Vivo" to its programming lineup, starting Friday, August 11, 2006 at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT. The Monday edition, which debuted in August 2005, will remain in its usual time slot at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.

"Jorge Ramos has done an extraordinary job over the past year and from all the fan mail he receives, it's clear that our viewers can't get enough of him," said David Sternberg, executive vice president and general manager of Fox Sports en Espanol. "We had been looking for ways to expand Jorge's responsibilities at the network for some time and are excited to be able to complement our existing line-up of live and exclusive sports and news programming with a second weekly edition of his one-of-a-kind interactive talk show."

Produced in Miami, this second additional live, one-hour interactive Spanish-language sports talk show will build on the "Jorge Ramos En Vivo" tradition with in-studio guests, viewer call-ins, emails and online chat. The Monday edition will review the previous weekend's top soccer games from around the world and preview events from the week ahead, while the Friday edition will look back at the week's major events and preview the weekend's hottest tickets.
