Today, May 15 at 2:30 p.m. EST former Secretary of Transportation Federico Peña, NDN Hispanic Strategy Center Director Joe Garcia, HSC adviser Maria Cardona and NDN President Simon Rosenberg will be hosting a press conference call to discuss the expansion of its national, Spanish-language media campaign on behalf of comprehensive immigration reform. The campaign is being conducted in concert with NDN's Hispanic Strategy Center whose leaders include New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, former Cabinet Secretaries Aida Alvarez, Henry Cisneros and Federico Peña and former National Council of La Raza President Raul Yzaguirre.
