"We're immensely proud to be the exclusive television home for this very special match," said David Sternberg, executive vice president and general manager of both channels. "In addition to raising much needed funds to benefit the victims of Hurricane Katrina on the Gulf Coast, the game promises to be an instant classic among soccer enthusiasts who have grown up with the Chivas legacy and love the excitement and passion of Mexican soccer."
