The hearty meals incorporate traditional and authentic Latin American flavors. Some, such as Chicken Fricassee with Rice and Garbanzada (Chick Pea and Chorizo Soup) use Goya's better-for-you alternatives, which include low-sodium tomato sauce and canned beans, as well as Adobo Light, among others.
