JCPenney Stepped Up its Style for Spring 2009

PLANO, Texas, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ -- This past Tuesday, February 10, 2009, JCPenney kicked off New York Fashion Week at the premier Espace in New York City. The fashion showcase of its Spring 2009 exclusive designer collections included styles from exclusive brands nicole by Nicole Miller, Bisou Bisou by Michele Bohbot, ALLEN B. by Allen B. Schwartz, Fabulosity by Kimora Lee Simmons and I "Heart" Ronson by Charlotte Ronson.
New York City's elite and international celebrities which included the star of the newly released movie Push Djimon Hounsou; host of Univision's top reality show "Nuestra Belleza Latina" Giselle Blondet; actress April Lee Hernandez known for her role in the acclaimed drama Freedom Writers, among others were greeted by designers and experienced first hand JCPenney's new Spring styles.

This fabulous event brought together fashion, beauty, music and art and a mix of styles inspired in retro 70's prints, revealing sheers, bohemian chic and the latest runway sensations satisfying every fashionista. Guests were provided a sneak peak of JCPenney's "teaser" spot -- created exclusively for the Academy Awards - that provides a sneak preview of these five affordable designer brands available exclusively at JCPenney.
