DTM Hosts 6th Annual Hispanic Trendsetters Awards Gala

    NEW YORK, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ -- DTM Magazine's 7th Annual Latino Trendsetter Awards Gala announces their signature event that recognizes and honors Latino Trendsetters in entertainment, the arts, health, business, sports, education, government and corporate excellence.  The event will be held on November 10, 2008 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm at the United Nations in NYC.

 

    Since 2001, every fall, DTM, a lifestyle publication, has recognized leaders; trendsetters with the highest of standards, making things happen and helping to define the U.S. Latino experience. They are innovative, courageous, motivated visionaries who care.  We call them Trendsetters.

 

    The 20 honorees are as vibrant and diverse as the Hispanic culture itself.     DTM will also recognize select Hispanic students who are working towards their PhD's. Each will be presented with a $3,000 college scholarship. "We hope our scholarship recipients will be inspired by our trendsetter honorees and will continue to reach their goals no matter the odds," said Juan Guillen.
