MIAMI, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ -- Spanish Broadcasting System Inc. (SBS) (NASDAQ: SBSA) announced today the promotion of radio industry veteran Albert Rodriguez as General Manager of Mega TV in Miami.

Throughout his career, Albert has held every single broadcast sales management position. He has served as General Sales Manager of SBS' radio properties in Miami for over ten years, setting a record for the highest billing station (WXDJ) in Florida history in the year 2005.


He has extensive knowledge of all of SBS' accounts, agencies, clients and buyers, and has forged long-lasting personal relationships with all of SBS' radio and TV account executives, which is crucial to the company's long-stated goal of utilizing all of the sales personnel and infrastructure to grow revenue at Mega TV.
